Take advantage of this a limited-time opportunity to sleep overnight in the "camp" area with ACMS member families. 

You will sleep in tents on zoo grounds, enjoy some hands-on animal encounters, and receive after hours tour of the zoo (no behind the scenes tours). A light evening snack and breakfast will be provided. You can enjoy free admission to the zoo the next day as well. 

  • Campers must be aged 7 and up and accompanied by at least one adult related to an ACMS member. This opportunity is made available is for ACMS members and their families only.
  • Bring your own sleeping gear (sleeping bag, pad, pillow, blankets etc.) for sleeping on the ground. Cots and big inflatable mattresses are not allowed. Thin self-inflating pads are OK.) Dress for overnight weather. Remember, the area near the river is a generally a little cooler than the rest of the city overnight.
Bring your overnight supplies into the zoo between 8:30-9 PM during the ACMS Go Wild at Zoo Boise event.
  • If you have to leave the grounds during the night, you will not be readmitted. This is not a night you can be on call!
  • Event ends by 9 AM the following day following breakfast

GUIDELINES AND NOTICES

IF WE DO NOT MEET OUR 15 CAMPER THRESHOLD, WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE OVERNIGHT RESERVATION AND YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND. ALSO, THIS EVENT COULD BE CANCELLED AT ANYTIME DUE TO CHANGING CONDITIONS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDANCE MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 

We will continue to follow local and state regulations and ask all participants to abide by the following:

  • If you or family members are sick or show signs of sickness, do other members a favor and recover at home.

  • Families and their members should stay at least six feet from others outside their family. While we want people to be social, we also want everybody to feel like they have the space to feel safe.

  • Masking will not be required unless any government regulations for outdoor use are in effect. Still, we encourage you to use your best judgement and courtesy in interactions with others. If you are not immunized for whatever reason, please wear a mask when in close contact with others.



You may see some registration options below grayed out until you login as an ACMS Member with the email address considered primary/preferred in your account record.  That is usually listed at the bottom of your email communications from ACMS.  You may have received email communications at one of three email addresses (preferred, secondary or spousal) but only the preferred email validates against our membership portal login.
