Every stage of a physician's career is different and hardly anybody prepares you for the next. You need wisdom from those first sleepless years in medical school and residency, launching into attending status and building your skills and reputation, nurturing your family and planning for the future, shifting your priorities along the way, and basking in the rewards of a meaningful career.
Join ACMS this year for a series of talks focused on early, mid, and late career challenges. Each session is limited to 30 participants and free for ACMS members. Regardless of your age, you are welcome to come to any or all the talks that are of interest to you. You must RSVP for each event and tickets open up four weeks in advance.
The format follows last year's popular Early Career Physicians Series: listen to a talk for 1/2 an hour followed by 30 minutes of table discussion over dinner with your peers. Repeat with a new topic. CME credit may be available.
