Mindfulness and Meditation means many different things to various people. Come share what is working for you and learn from others how to slow down and become more present.
Currently we have two different mindfulness meetings to choose from and both meet via Zoom
Mondays - SLAMM (Saroj-Loretta Ashram for Mindfulness and Meditation) 6-6:30 PM (most Mondays). Our understanding of mindfulness and meditation is based primarily on secular ethics (do no harm, do good, justice, autonomy, narrative ethics) and neuroscience. Dr. Abhilash Desai at (857) 265-6766
