Mindfulness and Meditation means many different things to various people. Come share what is working for you and learn from others how to slow down and become more present. All ACMS members, including residents and medical students, are welcome to attend, as well as spouses and partners. Wednesdays- The M&M Discussion and Practice 7-8 PM (every other Wednesday). Our current meetings are via Zoom since this is convenient for the most who come regularly.
