YMCA Brain Health Symposium October 21, 2023

The mission of the Brain Health Symposium is to identify and learn strategies to promote a healthy, functioning brain, and improve overall quality of life. Brain health is a critical piece of holistic wellness, as it underlies our ability to communicate, make decisions, problem solve, and live a productive and full life. Due to the brain controlling so much of our daily activity it is arguably the single most important organ in the human body.
